We are the first privately owned, state-of-the-art facility in the Middle East able to manufacture certified aerospace parts. Our solutions span across various high-level applications from commercial aviation, space, defense and oil& gas industries.
Our 10,750 sq ft. facility in Jebel Ali opened in September 2023. Even though we are a young industrial facility, we possess a strong know-how that is derived from our strategic partners who are acknowledged for more than 20 years of expertise in the industry. We currently have a production capacity of approximately 2,000 additively manufactured parts per year that we expect to grow to around 20,000 per year over the next decade.
Our technologically advanced facility has three high-end industrial FDM 3D printers from Stratasys and a high-end industrial metal 3D printing system from EPLUS3D. We are able to produce intricate parts with fine feature details as well as large-scale parts with unparalleled quality and dimensional accuracy. We offer high-performance and flame-retardant materials like certified-grade ULTEM™ 9085 and Antero™ 800NA to meet the stringent requirements of the aerospace industry. Our wide range of materials ensures we can always cover any of your application needs.
