We offer an inhouse professional painting solution which is fully compliant with the production of certified aerospace components. Customers are encouraged to share the specification they require with initial enquiries for an end-to-end solution.
SURFACE FINISHING
We offer a variety of surface finishing solutions to meet individual customer needs. The surface finishing solutions apply to both our polymer and metal part manufacturing. Metal parts often have to be CNC machine finished to achieve the final surface requirements and tolerances.
INSPECTION
Upon customer request, we are fully capable of producing 3D inspection of manufactured parts against drawings or 3D CAD files. We use a variety of latest generation industrial metrology solutions for both point probe measurements and complex geometry inspection by 3D scanning.
