Visitors on the Paradigm 3D production floor beside the Stratasys F900

Five industries.One floor in Dubai.

Sectors where a missing part stops an aircraft, a vessel, a plant or a line. We scan, engineer, print and finish those parts in Jebel Ali, in polymer and metal.

Each industry page shows the applications, materials, finishing and records that matter in that sector, and what to send for a fast quote.

Why industries choosea local production partner.

The sectors differ. The problem is usually the same: a part that is late, obsolete or undocumented, and a supplier on the other side of the world.

Made in Dubai

Scanning, CAD, printing, finishing and inspection in one 10,750 sq ft facility in Jebel Ali. No import queue.

One engineer, start to finish

An engineer reviews every enquiry and stays your contact from the quote to the inspected part.

Polymer and metal

FDM, SLS and metal powder bed fusion on four in-house systems, so the process follows the part.

Quality on record

An ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, with inspection and release records that travel with the part.

Start from the problem. We'll match the route.

You do not need to know which process or material to ask for. Tell us what is stopping you and we take it from there.

The line needs a tool now

Jigs, fixtures and end-of-arm tooling designed around the task and printed locally.

Most common in Industrial, Maritime and Oil & Gas.

The part must be released

Eligible cabin parts supplied through the approved route with EASA Form 1 from the approval holder.

Most common in Aviation.

The data is sensitive

Your NDA signed before data is shared, need-to-know access, data returned or deleted on request.

Most common in Aerospace & Defence.

A valve cage,rebuilt in metal.

With oil and gas consultant 3D Energy and technology partner Eplus3D, we reconstructed an existing labyrinth cage from scan data and produced it by metal additive manufacturing, with specimen testing.

From enquiryto first sample.

  1. Send the part

A drawing, a CAD file, or just photos and the old part. Tell us what it does and how many you need.

  2. Get your quote

An engineer reviews it and sends price, process, material and delivery date.

  3. First sample

We scan or model, print and finish a first part for you to check fit and function.

  4. Inspected and released

Production parts ship with the inspection and release records your order requires.

Timings are typical for a single part with available data. Complex or certified parts are scheduled with you at quotation.

Questions buyersask in every sector.

Anything else? See all FAQs

Do I need a CAD file?

No. A drawing, photos with dimensions, or the physical part is enough. If there is no CAD, we scan the part and build the model for you.

Can you make a single part?

Yes. Many orders are one-off replacements or a first sample before a batch. 3D printing has no tooling cost, so small quantities stay economical.

Can you make every part I send?

No. Geometry, material, operating conditions and approval requirements decide whether 3D printing suits a part. If it does not, we say so at the quote stage rather than after you have paid for a sample.

Are my drawings and CAD kept confidential?

Yes. Files you send are used only to assess and make your part, and are shared only with the people who need them to do that work. If your organisation needs a non-disclosure agreement, tell us before you send data.

Can parts be supplied with EASA Form 1?

Yes, for eligible parts. Paradigm 3D manufactures eligible aviation parts under a production arrangement with The Aviation AM Centre, the EASA Part 21G approval holder, which issues EASA Form 1 for parts supplied through that approved route. See Aviation.

Where are parts made?

In our 10,750 sq ft additive manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali Industrial Area, Dubai. Producing locally avoids import lead times and customs delays.
