The information on this website is general information about Paradigm 3D and our services. It is not engineering advice for your specific application.
Machine specifications, build volumes and accuracy figures are those stated by the equipment manufacturers. The materials library is a reference guide; availability and suitability of a material for your part are confirmed when we quote. Timings such as "around two working days" for a quote are typical, not guaranteed.
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Quotations and orders
Nothing on this website is an offer to supply parts or services. Prices, lead times, specifications and documentation for any part are set only in a written quotation from Paradigm 3D.
A contract is formed only when you accept our written quotation and we confirm your order. That quotation, together with any terms it refers to, governs the work, and takes priority over anything on this website.
Approvals and certifications
Statements about approvals describe our current arrangements:
- Paradigm 3D manufactures eligible aviation parts under a production arrangement with The Aviation AM Centre, the EASA Part 21G approval holder, which issues EASA Form 1 for parts supplied through that approved route.
- Our application for GCAA CAR 21G production organisation approval is in progress and has not been granted.
- Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
Nothing on this website certifies a particular part as airworthy or fit for a particular installation. The documentation supplied with a part is defined in the quotation for that order.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to Paradigm 3D or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. Any other copying, reproduction or reuse requires our written permission.
Names and logos of equipment makers, material suppliers and partners, such as Stratasys, EOS, Eplus3D, Creaform and SCANOLOGY, are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify their products.
Files you send us
Drawings, CAD models, scan data, photos and other files you send us remain your property or that of your licensors. Sending them to us does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.
By sending files, you allow us to use them only to assess your requirement, prepare a quotation and, if you order, design, manufacture, inspect and keep the records required for your parts. We treat them as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to share the files and to have the parts they describe made. If you ask us to reproduce a part designed by someone else, you are responsible for making sure that doing so does not infringe that party's rights.
Links to other sites
This website links to sites we do not control, such as manufacturer data sheets, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Liability
This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by UAE law, we give no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.
Our responsibility for parts and services we supply is set out in the quotation and order terms for that work, not in these website terms. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
