Vessel approaching a harbour

Keep the vessel running.Parts made in Dubai.

Polymer and metal components for vessel maintenance, equipment replacement and new projects.

A broken part at seacosts more than the part.

Fleets run equipment for decades. Original suppliers move on, drawings go missing and spares ship from the other side of the world. We rebuild the part from what you have and make it here.

Long lead times

Imported spares can take months to arrive. Making the part in Dubai takes shipping out of the lead time.

Obsolete components

When the maker no longer supplies a part, we capture the original and rebuild it without tooling.

No drawings on board

A worn sample, photos and a few dimensions are enough to start. We create the CAD and keep it for repeat orders.

No drawing on board? We measure the original.

Portable metrology-grade scanners capture the worn or broken part. Our engineers rebuild clean CAD from the data and check the mating features before anything is printed.

Creaform HandySCAN 3D BLACK
Handheld, 0.94 kg, accuracy up to 0.025 mm for most marine components.
SCANOLOGY NimbleTrack Gen2
Wireless tracked scanning up to 4.2 m away for large housings and assemblies.
SCANOLOGY SIMSCAN
Up to 0.020 mm in a 570 g unit for fine features and tight engine-room spaces.

Salt, sun and solventsdecide the material.

Saltwater, UV, heat near machinery and cleaning chemicals all shorten a part's life. We choose the material for the conditions it will see, not the cheapest option on the list.

ConditionWhat we look atTypical direction
Saltwater and humidityCorrosion, water absorption and dimensional stability over timeStainless steel for metal parts; PA12 or ASA for polymer parts
Sunlight and UVColour fade, embrittlement and surface breakdown on exposed partsASA, with a UV-stable coating where colour matters
Heat near machineryContinuous service temperature and creep under loadPC, ULTEM™ 1010 or metal, depending on load and temperature
Fuels, oils and cleanersChemical attack, swelling and softening of polymer surfacesPPSF/PPSU or Antero™ PEKK for polymer; stainless or nickel alloys for metal

Three different production processes, standing on one floor.

Large-format FDM, production FDM, polymer SLS and metal powder bed fusion. All four are owned and run in Jebel Ali.

Stratasys F900 in the Paradigm 3D production room

Large format polymer manufacturing for functional end parts, production tooling, and prototypes. Produce larger parts in one piece, reducing the need for splitting and assembly.

Available materials include ULTEM 9085, Nylon 12CF, ASA and more.

The finish is partof the specification.

Marine parts fail at their surfaces and interfaces first. We agree which faces are visible, which are protected and how the part fits before we finish it.

Surface preparation
Cleaning, support removal and sanding, with critical features masked and protected.
Colour and coating
Primers and paints matched to your colour reference and the exposure on deck or below.
Inserts and assembly
Threaded inserts, fasteners and sub-assemblies fitted and checked before dispatch.
Interface checks
Mating faces and bolt patterns checked after finishing so the part fits first time.

Local manufacturing for maritime projects.

We combine 3D scanning, reverse engineering and additive manufacturing to help shipyards, vessel operators and marine equipment suppliers source hard-to-find parts and manufacture custom designs.

  • From sample to manufactured part. 3D scanning, reverse engineering and production support when original drawings are unavailable.
  • Polymer and metal capabilities. Manufacturing options for replacement components, custom designs and vessel development projects.
  • Coordinated project delivery. Engineering, printing, finishing and inspection brought together to support your specification and schedule.
  • Support beyond the first order. Retained manufacturing data enables repeat supply for future maintenance, refit and fleet requirements.

What to sendfor a fast quote.

You do not need all of this. The more we know about where the part lives and how it is accepted, the faster and more accurate the quote.

If a part needs class society, customer or third-party testing, tell us at enquiry. Documentation and testing are confirmed per order.

Where can 3D printing add value in vessel construction and refit?

Typical opportunities include custom interior components, equipment housings, ventilation components and installation interfaces. We assess applications where complex geometry, limited quantities or adaptation to an existing vessel makes conventional production difficult.

Can you help develop and test a new marine product?

Yes. We produce prototypes for design reviews, assembly checks and functional evaluation before final production. This allows marine equipment manufacturers and boatbuilders to resolve fit and design issues earlier.

Can you produce tooling for boatbuilding and component assembly?

We manufacture custom jigs, fixtures, templates and patterns to support positioning, assembly and repeat workshop operations. Tooling is developed around the component geometry and the production task.

What types of marine components can be manufactured in metal?

Potential applications include pump and valve components, impellers and custom equipment fittings. Suitability depends on operating loads, corrosion exposure, dimensional requirements and any necessary testing or approval.

Can you manufacture bespoke yacht interior components?

Yes. We support custom shapes and replacement interior details, with painting, surface finishing and assembly tailored to the specified appearance. Samples can help establish fit and finish before a larger order.

Can you turn existing marine equipment into usable CAD data?

Yes. 3D scanning and reverse engineering can provide digital geometry for component redesign, replacement development or integration with new equipment. The required detail and critical interfaces are agreed at the start.
