- Controlled production. Work follows the approved data and build preparation for that part.
- Inspection and records. Parts are checked against the specification and the results are kept with the order.
Records we supplywhen the order requires.
Tell us at enquiry which documents you need. They are planned into the job from the start, not assembled after delivery.

Do you issue EASA Form 1 yourselves?
No. EASA Form 1 is issued by The Aviation AM Centre, the EASA Part 21G approval holder, for eligible parts we manufacture under our production arrangement with them.
Is Paradigm 3D approved by the GCAA?
Not yet. Our application for GCAA CAR 21G production organisation approval is in progress. We will state it here once the status changes.
Is your quality system certified?
Yes. Paradigm For 3D Printing Products Production L.L.C. holds ISO 9001:2015 certificate 01 100 2622672. The scope covers component design and manufacturing using additive and conventional technologies, 3D scanning, metrology and engineering services.
Does a scan or prototype approve a part for installation?
No. Scan data and prototypes support development, but installation parts must follow the applicable design, production and release requirements.
Can I get an inspection report for a non-aviation part?
Yes. Dimensional reports, colour-map scan comparisons, certificates of conformity and first-article style records are available for any order. Name them in your enquiry.
What should I send for a cabin replacement part?
The part number and name, any CMM or assembly information, photographs, quantity and required date. Include the colour or paint specification and the release documentation you need.
Can we reorder the same part later?
Yes. Once the configuration and supply route are established, repeat orders use the same controlled data. We confirm quantity, finish, delivery and release requirements for each order.
Bring us the part.
Send a drawing, a CAD file, or photographs and the old part. Tell us what it does, how many you need and when.
