Most parts need more than a printer. They need measuring, redrawing, the right material, finishing and a record that proves they match. We do all of it in-house, so nothing is lost between suppliers.

Parts that are hard to getany other way.

Additive manufacturing pays off where tooling is too expensive, the original supplier has gone, or the lead time is measured in months.

Replacement and obsolete parts

Out-of-production components, scanned and rebuilt without the original tooling.

Low-volume production

End-use parts from one to a few hundred, repeatable from the same digital file.

Prototypes for fit and function

Test the real geometry in a production-grade material before you commit.

Jigs, fixtures and tooling

Lightweight production aids designed around your parts and your operators.

Three different production processes, standing on one floor.

Large-format FDM, production FDM, polymer SLS and metal powder bed fusion. All four are owned and run in Jebel Ali.

Stratasys F900 in the Paradigm 3D production room

Large format polymer manufacturing for functional end parts, production tooling, and prototypes. Produce larger parts in one piece, reducing the need for splitting and assembly.

Available materials include ULTEM 9085, Nylon 12CF, ASA and more.

Built for partsthat have to work.

  • Everything in-house. Scanning, CAD, printing, finishing and inspection under one roof, with one point of contact.
  • Aviation-grade discipline. An ISO 9001:2015 quality system and EASA Form 1 release for eligible cabin parts.
  • Local to the region. Made in Dubai, so no import lead times, freight delays or customs surprises.
  • Engineers, not order-takers. You speak directly with the people who design and build your part.

  1. Send the part

A drawing, a CAD file, or just photos and the old part. Tell us what it does and how many you need.

  2. Get your quote

An engineer reviews it and sends price, process, material and delivery date.

  3. First sample

We scan or model, print and finish a first part for you to check fit and function.

  4. Inspected and released

Production parts ship with the inspection and release records your order requires.

Timings are typical for a single part with available data. Complex or certified parts are scheduled with you at quotation.

Anything else? See all FAQs

Do I need a CAD file to get a quote?

No. A drawing, photos with key dimensions, or the physical part is enough to start. If there is no CAD, we scan the part and create it.

Can you make a single part?

Yes. Many of our orders are one-off replacements or a first sample before a larger batch. There is no tooling cost, so small quantities stay economical.

Do you print in metal?

Yes. Our Eplus3D EP-M300 prints stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, nickel alloys and other metals with a 300 × 300 × 450 mm build volume.

How is delivery agreed?

Price, process and delivery date are confirmed in your quote, and depend on quantity, material and finishing.

Can you scan parts at our site?

Yes. Our portable scanners can capture installed or heavy components where they sit, when access allows.

Which file formats do you accept?

STEP or STL for 3D data, PDF for drawings, and JPG or PNG for photos. If your data is in another format, send it anyway and we will tell you if we can use it. Files are handled confidentially.
