Who we are

This website is operated by Paradigm For 3D Printing Products Production L.L.C. ("Paradigm 3D", "we", "us"), an additive manufacturing company based in Jebel Ali Industrial Area, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, our enquiry form, and messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp. We process personal data in line with applicable UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

Enquiry form. When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address and phone number, the industry and a description of your requirement. Depending on the project, you may also give us quantities, a required date, finishing and inspection requirements, operating conditions, and for aviation parts, the part number and name, aircraft type, reference documents and the release document you need.

Files you upload. The form accepts up to five files (PDF, JPG, PNG or STEP, up to 20 MB in total), such as drawings, CAD models and photos of a part. These files can contain personal data, for example names in a drawing title block.

Email, phone and WhatsApp. If you contact us directly, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to include in your messages and attachments. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC under its own terms and privacy policy.

Technical information. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure receives standard request information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to include it in enquiries or files.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quotation.
• To assess whether and how your part can be made: process, material, finishing, inspection and any approval route.
• To manufacture, inspect and deliver parts you order, and to keep the quality and traceability records our certified quality system and your order require.
• To follow up on your enquiry or order and handle related correspondence.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We use your data because you asked us to respond, to take steps before entering into a contract with you, to perform that contract, to comply with the law, or for our legitimate business interests where these are not overridden by your rights. We do not sell your personal data.

Drawings and CAD files

Drawings, CAD models, scan data and photos you send are treated as confidential. We use them only to assess your requirement, prepare a quotation and, if you order, manufacture and inspect your part.

• Access is limited to the people at Paradigm 3D who need the files to do that work.
• We share files outside Paradigm 3D only where your order needs it, for example with The Aviation AM Centre for eligible aviation parts released under its approval, or when you ask us to.
• We do not publish your parts, files or company name, or use them in marketing, without your written permission.
• If your organisation needs a non-disclosure agreement before sharing data, tell us before you send files.

Your files remain your property. Our Terms of Use explain this in more detail.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not set its own cookies.

Some pages load content from third-party services, for example an embedded Google Map showing our location, web fonts served by Google Fonts, or manufacturer videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. When those pages load, the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp take you to those services, which handle your data under their own policies.

If we introduce analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host the website, deliver enquiry submissions and operate our email, acting on our instructions.
• Production and approval partners where needed to fulfil your order, such as The Aviation AM Centre for parts supplied through its EASA Part 21G approval.
• Logistics providers who deliver your parts.
• Professional advisers, auditors and certification bodies under duties of confidentiality.
• Authorities where we are required to do so by law.

Some providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected to the standard required by UAE law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details and files for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up. If you place an order, we keep the related records for the length of our business relationship and for as long as quality, aviation traceability, accounting and legal obligations require. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

You can ask us at any time to delete files from an enquiry that did not lead to an order.

Security

We protect personal data and technical files with access controls and by limiting them to the people who need them. Enquiry form submissions are forwarded to our receiving service over an encrypted connection. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so if your files are highly sensitive, contact us first and we will agree a suitable way to transfer them.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold your personal data and give you a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
• stop using your data where we rely on our legitimate interests;
• transfer data you gave us to another organisation, where technically possible.

Send requests to info@paradigm-3d.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will reply within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the competent data protection authority in the UAE.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
