Evaluate designs earlier
Produce physical components for packaging reviews, assembly checks and integration trials, then incorporate findings into the next revision.

Polymer and metal additive manufacturing for programmes where weight, installation space and limited production quantities shape the design. We help engineering teams combine components, evaluate design changes and manufacture end-use parts without investing in dedicated moulds or casting patterns.
Aerospace and defence programmes often require complex components in small quantities, with design revisions between development stages. We bring engineering support, polymer and metal printing, finishing and inspection together to support that progression.
Produce physical components for packaging reviews, assembly checks and integration trials, then incorporate findings into the next revision.
Explore lighter geometries, material alternatives and integrated features to reduce separate parts and attachment hardware.
Manufacture development units, initial batches and repeat orders without dedicated moulds or casting patterns, with specifications agreed for each stage.

Polymer and metal manufacturing for equipment integration, platform development and ground support, with designs adapted to available space, weight targets and assembly requirements.
Flame performance, stiffness-to-weight, temperature and corrosion drive the choice. We match the original specification wherever one exists.
| Material | Process | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|
| ULTEM™ 9085 | FDM polymer | High-performance PEI with strength, heat and FST performance for interiors, enclosures and tooling. |
| PA 2210 FR | SLS polymer | Flame-retardant PA12 for electronics housings, ducting and components with fire requirements. |
| Nylon 12CF | FDM polymer | Carbon-filled nylon with high stiffness-to-weight for airframe sections, mounts and fixtures. |
| Titanium alloys | Metal powder bed fusion | High specific strength and corrosion resistance for lightweight brackets and structural fittings. |
| Aluminium alloys | Metal powder bed fusion | Low-density alloys for complex structural parts, housings and thermal hardware. |
| Nickel alloys | Metal powder bed fusion | Heat- and corrosion-resistant alloys for hot-section and severe-environment hardware. |

Surface finish, assembly interfaces and inspection requirements are defined around the component’s intended use, whether for development trials, equipment integration or end-use production.
Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system covers how we design, scan, manufacture and inspect, with records that travel with the part.
We exhibited at the Ajban Defence Industry & Technology Exhibition 2025, showing printed parts and talking with engineers and procurement teams about local manufacture.

Start with the requirement, not the part number. The more we know about function, environment and acceptance, the faster we can confirm the route and the quote.
Scope, inspection and records are confirmed per order.

Yes. We manufacture models for fit and integration checks, functional prototypes and production components. The intended use determines the material, finish, inspection and acceptance requirements agreed before manufacture.
We review opportunities to adapt geometry, integrate mounting features and replace suitable metal components with engineering polymers. The objective is to meet the required function within the available space and weight allowance.
Yes. We support enclosures, internal supports, brackets and adapters developed around equipment layouts, connector access and mounting arrangements. Designs can be revised as system configurations evolve.
Yes. Physical models can help verify installation clearances, assembly access and interfaces before committing to the final component. Larger models can be manufactured in one piece or assembled from sections.
Yes. High-performance polymers such as ULTEM™ 1010, ULTEM™ 9085 and Antero™ provide options for demanding aerospace and defence applications. We review the material, manufacturing process and required verification against your component’s operating environment and programme specifications.
Repeat orders can be manufactured against an agreed drawing revision, material and finish specification. Design changes are reviewed before production so development revisions and production configurations remain clearly identified.
Yes. An NDA can be agreed before drawings or project information are shared. Please identify any additional data-handling or access requirements at the outset so we can confirm whether they can be accommodated.
