Metal partsmachining can’t make.

Fibre lasers melt metal powder inside an inert build chamber. Controlled gas flow, oxygen management and precise recoating produce dense parts with channels, lattices and consolidated assemblies.

Why we run it

  • Internal geometry. Flow paths, cooling channels and lattices built inside the part.
  • Fewer parts. Assemblies consolidated into one metal component, with fewer joints to fail.
  • Industrial alloys. Titanium, aluminium, nickel, stainless and maraging steel, cobalt chrome and copper alloys.
  • Local metal production. Made in Dubai, so no import lead times on critical replacement parts.

Built for metalproduction.

Build capacity, configurable lasers and a controlled powder bed fusion workflow, with powder handling around the machine.

Configurable lasers

The platform supports single or dual fibre lasers from 500 to 1000 W.

Controlled atmosphere

Argon or nitrogen process gas with low-oxygen conditions for dense metal parts.

Industrial alloy range

Titanium, aluminium, nickel, stainless, maraging steel, cobalt chrome and copper alloys.

Closed powder handling

Sieving, transfer and loading equipment keep powder controlled and recyclable.

A labyrinth cage,rebuilt in metal.

Paradigm 3D worked with oil and gas consultant 3D Energy and technology partner Eplus3D to reconstruct a valve labyrinth cage. Scanning captured the existing part, 3D Energy adapted the design for additive manufacturing, and the cage was produced in metal with specimen testing.

How it fitsour production workflow.

The machine is one step. Engineering, finishing and inspection happen under the same roof, with one point of contact.

  1. Send the part

A CAD file, a drawing, or photos and the old part. Tell us what it does and how many you need.

  2. Process and quote

An engineer confirms the EP-M300 is the right machine, recommends the material and sends price and date.

  3. Print on the EP-M300

We orient, nest and build the part, keeping the build record with the job.

  4. Finish and inspect

Supports come off, the part is finished as specified and critical dimensions are checked.

EP-M300 questions,answered.

Anything else? See all FAQs

Which metals can you print?

Titanium, aluminium and nickel alloys, cobalt chrome, maraging steel, stainless steel and copper alloys. The exact grade and material specification are agreed at quotation.

What is the largest metal part you can print?

The EP-M300 build volume is 300 × 300 × 450 mm. Part orientation and supports reduce the usable size slightly, which we check when we review your file.

Do printed metal parts need machining?

Often. Supports are removed after the build, and critical interfaces such as sealing faces and threads are usually finished afterwards. We plan support removal, machining and finishing from the start.

Have you delivered a metal part like mine?

Our published labyrinth cage project went from design to printed part in under three weeks, including specimen testing.
