Build at scale
Produce large components, or consolidate several parts into one, within the biggest Fortus-series envelope.
Our largest FDM system. Full-size tooling, ducts and production parts in engineering thermoplastics, built in one piece in Jebel Ali.

The F900 extrudes engineering thermoplastic layer by layer inside a controlled build chamber. Soluble or breakaway supports free up internal and external geometry, so large parts arrive ready to finish.

Large-format capacity, production materials and a controlled FDM workflow in one platform.
Produce large components, or consolidate several parts into one, within the biggest Fortus-series envelope.
ABS, ASA, nylon, polycarbonate, PPSF and ULTEM™ resins for demanding mechanical and thermal duty.
Internal channels and nested features build cleanly, with less manual support removal.
GrabCAD Print™, Insight™ and job monitoring keep every build traceable and repeatable.
Put large-format FDM to work on assembly tools, composite tooling and functional polymer parts.

Assembly fixtures, drill guides, checking gauges and robotic end-of-arm tools in engineering thermoplastics. The large envelope takes full-scale tooling in one piece.

Lay-up tools, forming tools and machining fixtures straight from CAD. High-temperature thermoplastics and sacrificial ST-130 give different routes for different composite processes.

Low-volume and bridge-to-production polymer parts, from housings and ducts to components with demanding thermal or chemical requirements.

The official Stratasys overview of the F900: the build chamber, the material bays and the parts it makes.
The machine is one step. Engineering, finishing and inspection happen under the same roof, with one point of contact.
A CAD file, a drawing, or photos and the old part. Tell us what it does and how many you need.
An engineer confirms the F900 is the right machine, recommends the material and sends price and date.
We orient, nest and build the part, keeping the build record with the job.
Supports come off, the part is finished as specified and critical dimensions are checked.

The manufacturer-stated build envelope is 914 × 610 × 914 mm. If your part is larger, send it anyway: we review whether it can be built in sections and where the joints should go.
Yes, in ULTEM™ 9085 and other suitable grades. Paradigm 3D manufactures eligible aviation parts under a production arrangement with The Aviation AM Centre, the EASA Part 21G approval holder, which issues EASA Form 1 for parts supplied through that approved route. Aviation cabin parts
Stratasys states ±0.089 mm or ±0.0015 mm/mm, whichever is greater. Achieved accuracy depends on geometry, material and build orientation, so we agree the critical dimensions with you and inspect them.
For parts that fit within 406 × 355 × 406 mm, the Fortus 450mc runs the same core materials. We choose the machine that suits the part size, quantity and schedule.
